Returns & Refunds

At VelvetFeminine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and visit the Order History section
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Complete the return request form
  4. Print the prepaid return label and packing slip
  5. Package your items securely and attach the label
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. We recommend ordering the new item immediately to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
